These Terms apply to your use of this website and to promotions booked with PINDRA UP 65 (run by Manish Gupta, Pindra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India — "we", "us"). By using the website or booking a promotion, you agree to them.
1. Using this website
Use the website lawfully. Do not send spam or false information through the forms, try to break into or overload the website, or copy its content in bulk.
2. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting an enquiry is free and does not create a booking or any obligation. A promotion is confirmed only when both sides agree in writing (WhatsApp or email is enough) on the deliverables, platform, posting date, price and payment terms ("the quote").
3. Prices
Prices shown on the website are indicative. The final price is the one in your quote. Taxes (such as GST, if applicable) and any travel cost for locations outside our base are mentioned in the quote before you confirm.
4. Payment, rescheduling and cancellation
No payment is taken on this website. Advance (if any), payment dates, rescheduling and cancellation terms are written in your quote. If we cancel a confirmed shoot and cannot offer a date that suits you, any advance paid for that shoot is refunded in full.
5. Your responsibilities
- Offers, prices, product claims and business details you give us must be true and lawful. You are responsible for them.
- Arrange permission to shoot at your premises, and the consent of any staff or customers who appear in the video.
- Provide the information and access agreed for the shoot on time.
6. Approval before publishing
Business details, offers and prices are checked with you before the content goes live. Small creative choices (music, editing style, captions) remain with the creator unless agreed otherwise.
7. Honest disclosure
Paid promotions are labelled clearly (for example "Paid partnership" or #ad), as required by the ASCI influencer guidelines and the Government of India's endorsement guidelines. We will not hide that a post is paid.
8. What we don't promote
We may refuse or remove any promotion that is illegal, misleading or unsafe — including betting or gambling, fake medical or financial claims, adult content, tobacco or alcohol, hate or political attacks, or anything that breaks platform rules.
9. Ownership and usage
The videos we create remain the creator's work. Unless your quote says otherwise, you may reshare the published post on your own social media and WhatsApp with credit. Running it as a paid ad, using it on TV/print or receiving raw footage needs separate written agreement.
10. No guaranteed results
Views, reach, followers, footfall and sales depend on many things outside anyone's control. We do not guarantee any specific result. Where possible we share basic campaign reporting.
11. Third-party platforms
Content is published on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and similar platforms, which have their own rules. We are not responsible if a platform changes its features, reduces reach, or removes content under its policies.
12. Website content
Text, videos, images and the PINDRA UP 65 name and logo on this website belong to PINDRA UP 65 unless stated otherwise and may not be reused without permission.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any promotion is limited to the amount you paid for that promotion. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page on the date you confirm a booking applies to that booking.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
